BASELINE SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
CANBERRA LOCATION
This is a software application developer position, within the team responsible for the delivery of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for the Department.
The main functions of the position include (but are not limited to):
*Provide solution development expertise on various enhancements projects/systems
within the section;
*Unit testing against requirements;
*Applying development standards and methodologies e.g. SDLC and ADFSS;
*Provide input to:
solutions design S;
system and user acceptance testing processes;
meetings, reports and peer reviews; and
*Creation and review of technical/release documentation.
Demonstrated experience in the design, development, documentation and maintenance of Dynamic CRM applications in accordance with industry best-practice, internal guidelines and government requirements;
Demonstrated experience in working within a complex environment involving a large number of systems and a complex network architecture;
Experience in the development of CRM Online and BizTalk applications an advantage;
Experience/understanding of Office365, Azure and VSTS will be considered favourably;
Supporting and improving technical (development) processes and frameworks, including contributing to documentation of internal processes and best-practices;
Providing timely advice and reporting to the section manager, team members and stakeholder groups and, liaising with business users and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters as required.
