Our Senior Account Manger will be key to the continued success of Inspired Corporation.

Your primary role is to execute effective business development strategies and develop specialised career pathways for candidates into those businesses.

Your key requirements will include:

  • Business development

  • Servicing Key Clients

  • Building and maintaining strategic accounts

  • Working with our administration team to ensure proper handover of placements Managing candidates post-placement

  • Refining internal processes

  • Reporting to the Managing Director

We have offices in Kingston, ACT and Bateman's Bay, NSW. This role is primarily Kingston based with flexible work-from-home arrangements for the right candidate.

A generous remuneration package with commission will be offered to exceptional candidates.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Account Management or a similar Sales/Business Development role in Canberra

  • Written and oral communication skills commensurate with the seniority and responsibility of this role

  • Exceptional relationship management and business development skills

  • Experience with Google Docs, Jira and Hubspot CRM (or similar products)

  • Experience in ICT, business and Defence account management

  • You must be an Australian Citizen to apply
