Role Description/Requirements - Position 1
Demonstrated ability to employ strong technical and analytical skills to identify existing business processes that would be considered suitable for automation;
Ability to Identify and assess risk associated with changes to business processes, business rules and business requirements;
Ability to facilitate business analysis workshops, where required;
Strong experience in developing business process artefacts to support system development;
Experience in working on automation, machine learning and/or artificial intelligence projects (Desirable); and
Experience in working in an agile development environment (Desirable).

Ability to undertake high-level analysis on proposed business process changes;
Ability to provide guidance and support to other business analysts developing detailed business requirements and analysis;
Ability to participate in agile development activities, where required;
Ability to identify and assess strategic risks associated with changes to business processes, business rules and business requirements;
Ability to facilitate business analysis workshops, where required;
Strong experience in developing business process artefacts to support system development; and
Experience in working on automation, machine learning and/or artificial intelligence projects (Desirable).
