COMMENCE 1 JULY 2018 - 6 MONTH CONTRACT
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Records Management services to a high standard, and in line with the service delivery parameters including:
Physical and electronic records management services (including creation, storage, and retrieval).
Use of Health and Health Products Regulation Group TRIM Content Manager 9, and docuBridge systems.
Provision of help desk services for TRIM and docuBridge.
Records Management data entry projects.
Assist with the digitisation of physical records including document preparation.
Knowledge of Records Management services and responsibilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to meet deadlines.
Sound communication and interpersonal skills that can be applied to customer service.
Proven ability to work as part of a team and a positive (can do) attitude to learn new tasks.
Flexibility to commit to the team roster.
Knowledge of Information systems such as Content Manager 9 (TRIM)
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Previous industry experience in Records Management.
