Role Description
The service will contribute to the building of the new HELP Tuition Limit Entitlement Management system. The new application is part of a data centric enterprise solution, Integrated Tertiary Systems Platform (ITSP), with the technology and processes to support a full agile software development lifecycle with the capability to:
Collect student /client re-payment data from ATO to determine the renewable combined HELP loan balance;
Enable students to view their combined HELP loan entitlements balance and consumption statement;
Enable students to view their study statement;
Enable providers to view Student’s combined HELP loan entitlements balance.
The developer will be responsible for working within a delivery team to deliver the above capabilities built-out of the Integrated Tertiary Systems Platform.
Essential Criteria
Minimum 8 plus years development experience;
Ability to design and implement software solutions on the Microsoft Azure - Azure services, Logic Apps and API;
Experience in creating SSIS packages to ETL data between databases, and develop SSRS (2017) reports;
Ability to work in Azure DevOps, TFS, GIT, automated deployments;
Experience setting up and working with Test Driven Development;
Broad development experience in Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#, SQL Server and SSRS Reports; and
Experience working in Agile programs and projects.
Desirable Criteria
Experience in automation testing.
