PROJECT SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Seeking a project scheduler with a strong knowledge of project management concepts,
processes and systems. Preferably has project schedule and management qualifications
(such as registered Project Managers under AIPM), higher education sector accreditation
at minimum advanced diploma level, relevant practical project management experience,
practical knowledge of project management application in the CASG environment.
The resource will be required to provide project schedule management services to the
Commonwealth, including:
Develop and/or assess Project Work Breakdown Structures (PWBS), Contract Work
Breakdown Structures (CWBS) and supporting data dictionaries
Develop project master schedules
Analyse project information and cost data to adequately monitor and report on project cost and schedule progress, and to provide practical Earned Value Performance Measurement (EVPM)
Mentor, advise and assist project management personnel in relation to the use of current industry best practice schedule tools and project schedule reporting methodologies.
