Role # 1: Senior Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Consultant
Overview
A highly-organised dynamic professional to work in a fast paced environment in a Senior Service Integration and Management (SIAM) role (SFIA Level 6 (preferred) or 5) is required. The Senior SIAM Consultant – will work with the SIAM team to design and establish the Service Integration and Management structure to support the program in establishing technical outcomes from multiple external and internal suppliers. This role will focus on establishing the governance framework needed to ensure delivery in a multi-vendor environment aligned to the contracted and agreed service levels.
Candidates will have demonstrated experience in the following:
IT Service design
IT Supplier Management
IT Service Integration Governance
Service Delivery Management
Vendor management
Program or Project management (desirable)
Technical expertise in either Cloud, Big Data, Data Integration or Data Centre (desirable)
Candidates will possess the following attributes:
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
A strong understanding of Federal Government business drivers.
Exceptional dispute management and conflict resolution skills.
A strong understanding of Risk Management.
Experience with reporting against SLAs and KPIs.
Experience with board management responsibilities for relevant ITIL processes, Services Delivery and Operations Management.
Experience in establishing Continual Service Improvement (CSI) processes in conjunction with outsourced service providers.
The ability to establish and maintain relationships with multiple Service Providers and undertake Customer Management.
Provide subject matter expertise and leadership in service management
Role # 2: Senior Service Delivery Management (SDM) Consultant
Overview
A highly-organised dynamic professional to work in a fast paced environment in a Senior Service Delivery Management (SDM) role (SFIA Level 6 (preferred) or 5) is required. The Senior SDM Consultant will be responsible for the technical stream within the Service Integration and Management structure. The Senior SDM Consultant will support the program in ensuring technical outcomes from multiple external suppliers. This role will focus on working with multiple external and internal service providers to ensure technical services are designed and delivered as required by the contracted and agreed service levels.
Candidates will have demonstrated experience in the following:
IT Service Delivery
IT Supplier Management
IT Service Integration Governance
Vendor management
Technical expertise in either Cloud, Big Data, Data Integration or Data Centre
Team Lead, Program or Project management experience (highly desirable)
Candidates will possess the following attributes:
