Overview...
In these roles, you will support the analysis, implementation and delivery of the software asset management capability into the Services Australia landscape working with teams across the organisation. The work will enable the SAM capability on the ITSM capability of the organisation.
You will conduct detailed anaylsis of the landscape and provide forthright informative input into the overall solution based on one's own experience and input from key stakeholders.
Develop or configure and deploy software in accordance with industry best practices an policies within the agency.
Manage stakeholder interactions and provide a persuasive argument for the soltion design and development.
Manage work under pressure and completing tasks from limited resources and directions. Independently think and find innovative solutions throughout all development and support phases.
Have the ability to interact with non -technical staff across a varied landscape of stakeholders including Senior Executives.
Document key decisions, designs and technical outputs for future re-use and training purposes.
Support the sharing of knowledge and enabling uplift of knowledge within immediate team and business functions as required.
SELECTION CRITERIA...
Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed anaylsis and experience in Software Asset Management including contract management, procurement through to lifecycle management of software through SAM enterprise tooling.
A proven ability to understand complex business requirement and to translate these into industry best practice solutions.
Demonstrated ability and experience to work in a large scale ICT enviroment.
