JOB DESCRIPTION
The Department is looking for highly motivated IT Professionals with demonstrated Business Analyst experience.
The successful candidate/s will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise initiative and sound judgement. Time management skills, a capacity to work across a wide range of skill bases and the ability to respond flexibility as priorities emerge.
ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA
Strong communication and stakeholder negotiation skills
Experience in capturing and refining business and user requirements through a range of techniques including interviews and workshops, storyboarding/user stories, prototype development and technical specifications
Experience in or demonstrated understanding of user research and analysis techniques and ability to train users
Demonstrated ability to work in an agile project delivery environment, understanding of the roles of an agile team, and (desirably) experience in supporting technologies (eg VSTS)
DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience in or demonstrated understanding of Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365
Solid knowledge of the Digital Transformation Agenda’s Digital Service Standards
Ability to identify technical solutions in the Microsoft cloud technology suite for redevelopment/replacement of existing systems
Ability to help plan future enhancements
