DFAT’s Information Management Division (IMD) is currently focusing at building a multi-cloud ecosystem of technologies and platforms to deliver reliable, secure and modern capabilities to its business areas. As a part of a team, you are to provide highly complex technical support for DFATs ICT systems based on Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Salesforce CRM platforms including Consular Information System(CIS), Security Clearance Management System(SCMS), Contact and Events and provide support to new application implementations, enhancements and upgrade projects.
Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years’ experience of MS CRM Dynamics administration, configuration, and support.
Demonstrated experience in complex trouble shooting of CRM platforms.
Strong analytical background and ability to work with key stakeholders.
Technical writing skills and experience maintaining technical documentation.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce automation, environment configuration, licencing, user provisioning, object model and customer portal functionalities
Understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud eco-system and experience in system administration and assurance of a Salesforce org.
Demonstrated knowledge of supporting CRM technologies such as Server Administration, ADFS, TFS, .Net development and PowerShell scripts.
Experience administering SharePoint sites and backend is desirable.
Expertise in Software Development Life Cycles including analysis, design, deployments and maintenance.
