POSITION DESCRIPTION


We are seeking Helpdesk Operators and Testers for a National Health & Medical Research Council Project.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrate knowledge of or ability quickly acquire knowledge of NHMRC’s funding programs.

  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, with the proven ability to work with key stakeholders to drive quality results in short time-frames.

  • Demonstrate experience in performing quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of information and procedures for the RHC.

  • Possess strong communication skills.

  • Demonstrate experience in obtaining cooperation or assistance in the administration of activities.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Demonstrate experience in developing test plans, test scenarios and test cases.

  • Demonstrate experience in testing a solution with multi-point inter-systems integrations.

  • Demonstrate experience in testing functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Demonstrate experience in assisting user acceptance testing.

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrate experience in grants management.

  • A basic understanding of the research sector or a health and medical research.

  • Proficient in the use of multiple browsers across different operating systems.

  • Demonstrate experience in the use of a test management solution to manage the full test life-cycle.
